Are you a commercially driven sales leader with experience in aviation, connectivity/IFE, or complex technology solutions?

We're hiring a Sales Director - Europe to lead growth across a high-potential region for a global, technology-led organisation operating at the forefront of advanced connectivity solutions.

This is a strategic, high-impact role with significant autonomy, focused on winning new business, building senior relationships, and shaping regional success.

What You'll Be Doing:
Driving new business growth across Europe
Developing and executing a regional sales strategy
Building relationships with airlines, OEMs, and key industry partners
Leading complex, high-value deal cycles
Collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
Acting as a key voice in shaping commercial direction and market approach

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in senior sales/business development roles
Background in aviation, connectivity, SatCom, IFE, or related technology sectors
Strong track record of closing complex deals across Europe
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Fluency in English + one additional European language (German preferred)
