Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a UK sales and growth strategy aligned to business goals.

Manage the full sales cycle: market segmentation, prospecting, proposals, negotiation and closing.

Build and maintain senior client and partner relationships; lead on major contract negotiations.

Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Establish clear sales targets, forecasts and KPIs; ensure robust pipeline management.

Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and market positioning.

Contribute as part of the UK leadership team, supporting overall business strategy and culture.

Proven track record in senior sales or commercial leadership within professional services.

Strong B2B consultative selling expertise with retail sector exposure.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and scaling business operations.

Experienced in managing, coaching and motivating high-performing teams.

Commercially astute, data-driven and strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills.
