Property Sales Director

My client is looking for seasoned Sales Director who has more than 10 years of experience in Commercial Property Management
Up to 150K basic + benefits/ commission/ car

Qualifications

10+ years experience in commercial property management.
Genuine hunter - this is a new business acquisition role
Must be comfortable and have a proven track record of consistent prospecting
You will be highly driven and target-oriented.
Maximise revenues and grow the commercial property register.
Display high standards of service and presentation.
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
Be highly organised, with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
