Key Role Responsibilities
  • Own UK revenue and margin targets; scale commercial performance to £35M+.
  • Design and implement a scalable, repeatable go to market (GTM) model for cloud and managed services.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline governance, and sales operations maturity.
  • Develop and coach Account Directors, Account Managers, and BDMs into a cohesive, high performing team.
  • Act as executive sponsor across strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Increase wallet share and drive multi year renewals within existing client base.
  • Strengthen relationships with strategic partners including VMware/Broadcom, AWS, and Google.
  • Represent the commercial function at the executive leadership level.
Key Attributes Required
  • Proven track record in Managed Services, Professional Services, or Cloud/Data Centre transformation sales.
  • Experience selling into complex, multi stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of private cloud, VMware/Broadcom, hybrid and multi cloud solutions.
  • Commercially astute: forecast accuracy, EBITDA understanding, and margin protection.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue and mature sales operations.
  • High EQ, strong coaching capabilities, and cultural alignment to a collaborative, founder led business.
  • Strategic thinker with hands on leadership style.
