Sales Director (Salesforce) - Consulting

Hybrid - BelgiumDutch and/or French + English Solid Salary + Benefits - with fast track to Partner



Are you a Salesforce expert with the perfect balance of commercial drive and delivery expertise? My client is hiring a Sales Director to play a pivotal role in hunting and closing Salesforce projects, and managing key accounts.



Your Role: 70% Sales / 30 % Account Management

As a Sales Driector, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and securing new Salesforce projects with both new and existing clients.
  • Positioning and selling value-driven Salesforce solutions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Building long-term client relationships, especially at the C-level.
  • Overseeing Key Accounts - Ensuring excellent customer experience.



What They're Looking For

  • Minimum 7 years of Salesforce CRM experience within a consulting environment.
  • Strong background in sales and business development for Salesforce services.
  • Ability to lead and inspire delivery teams and maintain high standards of execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French, plus professional English.
  • Based in Belgium with the flexibility to work hybrid (client site + remote).
