Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + bonus

We are looking for a commercially strong Sales Director to build and scale a construction recruitment division within an established recruitment business.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone who knows how to win business, grow revenue and build a high-performing team.

You will have the backing of an existing operational delivery function, allowing you to focus on client growth, leadership and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

Build and lead a construction recruitment division

Win new business and develop key client relationships

Drive personal and team revenue performance

Support hiring and development of consultants

Create and execute a growth strategy for the division

Strong background in construction recruitment

Proven high billing history

Experience managing teams, branches or divisions

Strong client network

Commercial mindset and growth ambition
