Job Description

Role - Sales Development Specialist

Location - Utrecht (In the office 2 days a month)

Salary - €55K base (€100K OTE)


As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth across EMEA. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle -from proactive outreach to closing deals- while engaging with IT professionals ranging from system administrators to C-level decision-makers


What you'll do


  • Full Sale Cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, including qualification, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Demo's: Deliver high-quality (online) product demos tailored to the prospect's business and IT needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide valuable insights to support the sales process.


What you've done


  • 2+ years of B2B Inside Sales or Business Development experience selling a technically complex product to technical personas.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Proven experience delivering engaging (online) product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with the consultative sales approach and long-term relationship building.
  • Strong communicationskills, fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
