What You'll Do (Once You're Onboard)

As an SDR at Hook, you'll be the first voice our future customers hear. You'll learn how to grab their attention, uncover their needs, and spark interest in what we do.

You'll:

  • Own outbound outreach: Cold call, email, and LinkedIn your way into conversations with top-tier prospects

  • Learn to sell by understanding: Get to the heart of what our buyers care about-goals, pain points, and all

  • Qualify leads + book meetings: Set up high-quality opportunities for our Account Execs

  • Track your impact: Hit (and beat) your targets, test new tactics, and grow your skills fast

  • Show up in real life: Join events and conferences where our buyers hang out

  • Level up with world-class training: Get 1:1 coaching, peer mentorship, and proven sales frameworks

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • You're finishing university this summer (or recently graduated) and looking to break into tech sales

  • You might not have sales experience yet-but you're hungry to learn, coachable, and serious about a career in commercial roles

  • You bounce back fast, love a challenge, and get energy from solving problems

  • You're a strong communicator, curious, and quick to build rapport

What Comes Next

Typical package:
£35,000 base + £15,000 OTE
London (Hybrid)
