Sales development representative Dutch-speaking (SaaS scale-up)

Our client is a SaaS software provider specialized in Risk, Compliance, and Process Management. They support organizations in implementing internal risk control more efficiently and effectively, while offering insights into the enforcement of policy processes.
This role is ideal for someone ambitious to grow as an SDR professional and who wants to benefit from a broader network and community to sharpen and develop skills.
You'll join a fast-growing and successful sales team that works together toward shared sales and revenue goals-an environment in which you'll thrive.
What you'll do:
- You're driven to convert cold leads into hot prospects.
- Together with the Marketing and Client Services team, you will identify and target the right prospects and reach out to them.
- You'll inspire and convince stakeholders to digitalize their risk, process, and compliance workflows-using the latest lead generation methods such as social selling, email, LinkedIn, webinars, and more.
- You'll work closely with our Director of Client Services and the Client Services team by scheduling product demos and providing them with clear and efficient briefings, working together toward a common goal.
Your skills:
- You enjoy talking with people across industries to understand their needs and show genuine interest in their organization and sector.
- You have a higher education (HBO) working and thinking level.
- Listening actively and asking the right questions comes naturally to you-you build relationships and gain trust from prospects.
- Experience as an SDR and a background in commercial economics is a plus.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English at a professional level.
- You're interested in technology and cloud-based applications and are confident in their value.
