£30,000 basic salary per year + £10,000 commission, split in quarterly targets

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities in the alternative asset management sector. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to support revenue growth and client base expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the industry, building a targeted prospect list.
  2. Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact via emails, calls, and other channels, customizing communication to client needs.
  3. Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to understand client requirements and decision-making processes.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships, positioning With Intelligence as a trusted partner.
  5. Leads Handoff: Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth lead transitions, providing comprehensive information.
  6. Sales Enablement: Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate value.
  7. Reporting: Keep accurate records of interactions and activities in CRM, providing regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in sales development or lead generation, especially in asset management or finance, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent work ethic.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of asset management and financial markets is advantageous.
