The Role:

We are looking for a smart and proactive Sales Development Representative SDR to join the new business team in our rapidly evolving Gambling Compliance vertical. First and foremost, you must be comfortable with a multichannel approach, leveraging the phone, emails and social media to engage with prospects, qualify them, and schedule meetings for our business development team.

The SDR understands and enjoys technology (G-suite, Salesforce), prospecting, learning, and ultimately wants to establish a career in sales. Eager to learn, curious, a strong work ethic with a creative approach to tasks will be key attributes to the SDR's success at Vixio.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and develop a universe of top-of-funnel leads and prospects.
  • Support with sponsorship sales for the annual Global Regulatory Awards event.
  • Utilise a combination of the phone, email, Vidyard, Salesloft and LinkedIn to add value to the prospect funnel.
  • Qualify prospects needs to determine if they are likely to need the solutions Vixio offers.
  • Schedule calls between qualified prospects and the business development team.
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting booking and pipeline targets.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Understanding of SDR day to day activities and its challenges. Previous experience in sales, new business development or recruitment. (minimum 1 year experience in a similar role).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • A detail-oriented, organised mindset with an ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
  • Must be able to remain focused in the face of many competing interests and show creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • A proactive and fearless approach to testing new ideas.
  • Native in English and any other languages are a plus.
