Sales Coordinator for Migros cooperatives

Important notes: Regular travel is expected in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland. What you will accomplish: Key Account Manager mainly for Migros on Cheese products, but also Dairy. Internal management: managing forecasts, leading internal customer requests (managing timelines and deadlines with customers internally). Manage relationships and contacts with Migros. Ensure communication between Migros and the company. Record customer needs, initiate, support, and accompany development projects. Prepare product offers within desired timelines, respond or not to calls for tenders after close collaboration with stakeholders. Manage action plans with Migros and stakeholders. Analyze potential takeovers or discontinuation of items. Anticipate market needs in line with group strategy. Prepare budgets and monitor KPIs. Develop monthly sales reports. Manage various projects.What you bring: Education: Completed vocational training (CFC) in commerce, sales, and/or CFC in the food sector. Professional experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in the food industry. Mastery of tools (Office, clients, listening skills, autonomous, open-minded). Sensitivity in project management, support for internal teams. French (excellent knowledge).
