Job Description
Sales Conversion Manager
- Annual Salary: £35K basic + £15k uncapped bonus (OTE £50k)
- Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (home/office)
- Location: Bromley area
We are seeking a proactive Follow-Up Team Lead to drive conversion and revenue by optimising post-consultation follow-ups. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in building and refining processes to maximise results. You will start with one direct report and have the opportunity to expand the team, ensuring high standards and effective progression of every opportunity.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Own performance across all post-consultation follow-ups, driving conversion and revenue.
- Lead and develop the follow-up team, starting with one direct report and growing the function over time.
- Build a deep understanding of customers, objections, and processes by working hands-on within the role from the outset.
- Maintain close involvement in day-to-day activities as the team grows, leading from the front and ensuring high standards.
- Design and refine follow-up processes, cadences, and messaging to maximise results.
- Ensure effective progression of every opportunity, with no missed leads or drop-offs.
- Coach your team to improve confidence, consistency, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with sales leadership to align the customer journey and feedback loops.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience leading or coaching a team in a sales or customer-focused environment.
- Strong ability to manage and own a pipeline, focusing on conversion rates, follow-up structure, and outcomes.
- A builder's mindset with an instinct for identifying and improving gaps in processes.
- Strong communication skills, capable of maintaining standards while building trust.
- Comfortable with a hands-on leadership style, leading from within the team.
