Sales Consultant

Our client, a removals company is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their international division.

Your main task will be to

• Plan and prioritise daily sales activities
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally from private, corporate, and trade
• Promote and sell international relocation services effectively
• Prepare accurate quotations and submit comprehensive proposals
• Follow up on all sales proposals in a timely manner
• Collaborate with senior management to expand international business
• Achieve sales targets as determined by senior management
• Assist clerical staff when necessary to support seamless service delivery
• Advise clients on appropriate insurance coverage
• Communicate all client-specific requirements to operational teams
• Provide holiday cover when required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of European and overseas relocation processes
• Any other duties as may be requested by Management.

Experience

• Previous Sales within a similar role & industry
• Customer Service
• Proprosal drafting
• Computer literate; CRM systems, Microsoft programs, Data entry
