£25K base, £40-50K OTE

The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a sales consultant to sell direct to consumers on behalf of a leading independent retail furniture chain. Base salary £25K, plus guaranteed & uncapped personal commission on all sales, plus bonus package to give a realistic OTE of £40-50K.

My client is a premium retailer, of high-quality furniture. They sell unique products and provide unparalleled service, always putting customers first. The position is a showroom-based sales role and will entail talking to customers and helping them choose the perfect piece of furniture for their home.

You will ideally have direct sales experience in a competitive environment, coupled with bags of energy and lots of enthusiasm. You will be good with people, outgoing, friendly, have a positive 'can do' attitude and have the drive to succeed.

My client is open seven days a week so flexibility regarding working Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays is necessary. In return you will receive abase salary plus commission on your personal sales plus additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.
