Position Overview

The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a sales consultant to sell direct to consumers on behalf of a leading independent retail furniture chain.

Base salary £25k, guaranteed & uncapped personal commission on all sales, plus bonus package for realistic OTE of £40k.

My client is a premium retailer of high quality furniture, selling unique products and providing unparalleled service. The position is showroom based and will involve talking to customers and helping them choose the perfect piece of furniture for their home.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell furniture directly to consumers in a showroom setting
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products for their homes
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets
• Operate flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays

Qualifications & Experience

• Direct sales experience in a competitive environment
• Excellent people skills, outgoing, friendly with a positive "can do" attitude
• High energy and enthusiasm with a drive to succeed

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary £25k + uncapped commission + bonus package (OTE £40k). Flexible working hours in a 7 day open store environment. Additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.
