Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and investors
• Analysing and evaluating potential investment prospects
• Conducting thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends
• Providing expert guidance to clients regarding buy-to-let options and strategies
• Successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conducting property market appraisals
• Taking photos and writing listings for advertising on major property portals
• Understanding client requirements and providing suitable solutions in the market
• Staying up to date with market insights and trends
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and building strong relationships based on trust and transparency

Skills Required:

• Highly organised, hardworking, and able to multitask in changing market conditions
• Demonstrated success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• A solid grasp of property investment mathematics, including yields, interest cover, and loan-to-value (LTV) ratios
• The capability to cross-sell across various projects and locations, enhancing business growth
• Confident, articulate, and self-motivated
• Exceptional expertise in sales and effective closing techniques
• Prior knowledge of the property investment sector is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
