Sales Consultant - Bristol/North Somerset

We are supporting a respected Estate Agency in their recruitment for a confident and customer focused New Home Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will represent a regional new build developer, guiding buyers from first enquiry through to completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Initially you will be based at a development in North Bristol, with future opportunities to move onto developments in North Somerset.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales journey for new build homes
• Deliver professional property viewings and development presentations
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and external partners
• Maintain accurate sales records and meet performance targets
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and integrity

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales or property experience (new homes preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong motivation to achieve targets
• Professional, organised, and customer centric approach
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of the rota

What's On Offer - Salary & Rewards

• Basic salary: £30,000
• On Target Earnings: £45,000
• Car Allowance £2,000
• Commission and bonus schemes
• 5 day working week with Sunday & Monday as days off
