The Role

You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of accountancy services to Limited company clients, including bookkeeping, payroll, year end accounts, and advisory support. Your focus will be on developing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and converting warm and cold leads into long term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing clients to understand their accounting needs
• Sell tailored accountancy packages to Limited companies
• Build strong, trust based relationships quickly
• Manage your own pipeline and follow up on leads
• Deliver clear, confident communication across phone, email, and face to face interactions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs

• Previous experience selling accountancy or professional services (highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of Limited company accounting needs
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
