Job Title - Sales Consultant

Salary - 18k basic plus commission OTE of 40k

Due to my client's success and growth plans, they are currently looking for a new sales consultant to help with the large amount of calls from valued customers looking for their dream holiday.

A travel sector background is not essential due to training.

We need sales consultants to achieve sales in line with set targets by actively selling worldwide holidays and promoting the company's 30-year travel sector experience.

You must ensure that customer service standards are exceptional at all times due to the company's reputation. We want you to liaise with your customers from their original enquiry to their holiday of a lifetime.

The team spirit is great with plenty of team sales competitions and nights out, so you will have a new social life along with a new job.

We need you to really enjoy hitting targets while building repeat business for many years. Our client in the past has offered free holidays to the top sales performers to keep motivation spirits up.

The best part of the role is that the earning potential is unlimited. You will be provided with fun and exciting sales training to help you with personal sales development.

My client is a travel company that offers flights, accommodation, car hire, sightseeing tours, and insurance to inbound callers responding to adverts they have seen in the media or repeat business. Your role is to turn a flight enquiry into a tailor-made booking; the more products sold, the more commission earned.

Job Purpose:

  • To manage all the travel needs of clients calling in for flights.
  • To provide outstanding customer service.
  • To work competently and exceed set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To welcome all telephone calls with enthusiasm and meet client's needs.
  • To be responsible for advising and selling an extensive range of travel products.
  • To attend regular product and sales training sessions.
  • To report to the manager on a regular basis with sales figures.
