Sales Associate

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Bonus + Commission

We are looking to connect with confident, personable and commercially driven individuals who are passionate about fashion, customer experience and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and professional customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Support clienteling activities and develop repeat business.
• Maintain strong product and brand knowledge.
• Support the wider team in maintaining excellent store standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within retail, sales or a customer-facing environment.
• Luxury, premium or fashion experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive and commercially aware.
• Customer-focused with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Motivated by sales and achieving results.
• Polished, professional and a strong team player.
