About the role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret you'll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the perfect product and completing purchases at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience - Provide our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and style suitability.
• Visual Merchandising - Own the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers locate items and discover what they didn't know they needed.
• Store Standards - Maintain store standards front and back, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, assist with loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for retail - Enthusiastic about front or back of house retail and committed to creating a unique experience for every customer.
• Love the customer - Keen to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge, and eager to participate in learning programmes.
• Relationships that count - Able to build valued relationships with team members and customers.
• Team Player - Flexible, supportive, and contributes to a positive working environment for all team members.
• Fast is fun - Comfortable working in a busy environment and able to adapt to completing different tasks throughout the day.
