HWSA142 - 11 hours per week Wednesday 11:00am - 5:00pm Saturday 10:30am - 4:30pm

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our store team in our aquatics department at Highway Garden & Leisure in Norwich, Norfolk.

It is essential the candidate has basic knowledge of plants and be a keen gardener.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing exceptional service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Replenishing stock and maintaining well-merchandised displays
• Operating checkouts efficiently and accurately
• Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming
• Supporting across departments as needed, with full training provided

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Flexibility and willingness to support the store and your colleagues in meeting the business needs
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including heavy lifting
