Sales Assistant

Sage Automotive Interiors is a leading global supplier of specialty-designed, high-performance materials for the automotive industry. The company's core business is the development and production of automotive interior surfaces such as seating, door panels, instrument panels and headliners that are used in cars, trucks, SUVs and minivans that you see daily on the road.

We are currently looking for a talented junior Sales specialist, who will be part of our Italian team located in Turin area and will be reporting directly to the local Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for the administrative management of the current products and will be progressively introduced to the commercial management of the ongoing sales programs.

Duties

• Analyzing sales data and reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Supporting the sales team by creating accurate and timely price quotes for clients, ensuring all necessary details are included.
• Overseeing the entry and tracking of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients.
• Supporting the negotiation of contracts and deals with clients and partners
• Acting as a key interface for other departments such as Finance, Operations and Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's Degree, preferably in Economics
• 2+ years of previous experience on management sales administration/accounting
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure smooth communication with different plants and corporate functions
• Strong precision and organization skills
• Strong teamworking skills and goal-oriented mentality
• Excellent Excel and scheduling tools proficiency
• Good capability of reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Full professional English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Good proficiency (B1+) in another EU language will be considered a plus
