Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.

• Multilingual skills are a bonus as they enhance customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No prior experience in commerce or pawnbroking required.
• Genuine interest in people, strong sense of integrity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a fast paced environment.
