What we're looking for

We're on the lookout for someone who brings a mix of experience, energy, and enthusiasm to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent people skills - confident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues.
• Strong negotiation skills - able to negotiate offers successfully in both sale and purchase.
• Sound market knowledge - an informed understanding of the local property market with the ability to quickly assess emerging trends across Edinburgh and the Lothians to the benefit of our clients.
• Relevant industry experience - ideally with a background in property sales and/or purchasing property in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
• Creative writing skills - experience in creating sales schedules and agreeing marketing strategies.
• Highly organised - must be highly organised and possess good IT skills.
