Sales and Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading luxury hotel destination in South Cork, is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and business development across leisure, corporate, weddings, events, and F&B.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies to maximise revenue.
• Manage digital marketing, including social media, SEO, website content, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, tourism partners, and event organisers to generate new business.
• Analyse campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimise results.
• Oversee CRM activity, promotional materials, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Represent the business at networking events and work closely with operational teams to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in a Sales & Marketing role.
• Hospitality marketing experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, social media, and business development.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and commercial awareness.

Salary is in the region of €50 - €55,000. This is a primarily onsite position, with flexibility for a hybrid working arrangement.
