Sales & Customer Support Specialist - Aviation (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany

Your Responsibilities

Support the Aviation team in all aspects of customer management and the sales process in both German and English. Plan demand for airport fuel supply Coordinate Jet A-1 deliveries with tank farms, customers, and the logistics team. Provide administrative support in the area of Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF)
Prepare reports, statistics, and business forecasts.

Your Profile

Professional experience in Back Office or inside sales, preferably in the oil or energy industry Degree in business administration or completed commercial training
Solid experience with Excel and SAP S/4HANA Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive way of working.

Strong team player with excellent time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
