Sales Administrator

Location: Slough
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their Sales Administration team in Slough. This is a varied opportunity where you'll manage customer orders from end to end, working closely with customers, suppliers, sales, logistics and finance to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer sales orders from receipt through to fulfilment, shipment and invoicing.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, internal teams and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Keep customers and sales colleagues updated on order progress, shipment information and any potential issues.
• Process invoices, track payments, allocate order costs and carry out reconciliations to support margin compliance.
• Ensure orders comply with credit limits and agreed terms, while supporting wider team requirements and ad hoc projects.

About You

• Previous experience in end-to-end sales order administration is essential.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate-level Excel or above is essential, alongside a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems, logistics/freight forwarding or international trade would be advantageous.
