Salaried GP Opportunity

Braeside Medical Practice, Currie Road, Galashiels TD1 2UA

We are seeking a positive, motivated Salaried GP to join our experienced, patient centred, friendly team. The post is for 2 or 3 sessions per week - 2 of these sessions will be a Friday. There may also be the opportunity for additional locum sessions when required to cover holidays/sick Bundesliga.

We are a medium sized, semi rural Practice located in Galashiels Health Centre in the Scottish Borders. We are within easy commuting distance of Edinburgh having the Borders railway on our doorstep. Other Wesen Service provided within the Health Centre including; Sexual Health Clinic, Midwifes, Treatment Room Nurses, School Nurses, Health Visitors, District Nurse Team, Podiatry department and Dental department.

The local district general is 3 miles. There is an excellent Out of Hours service and all consultants are approachable responding to individual and department emails. We have open access x-ray, USS, CT, MRI scans and physiological studies.

The practice comprises of three established partners, one salaried GP, two Practice ANP's and one Practice Nurse.
