An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Salaried GP to join a highly regarded GP Training Practice in rural Northamptonshire.

This is a forward thinking, well supported and genuinely flexible practice with a strong reputation for staff retention and manageable workloads. The practice offers 15 minute appointments, minimal admin and virtually no home visits, making it an attractive long term option for a GP seeking work life balance within a stable and sociable team.

Location & Practice

Northamptonshire.

Mid size GP Training Practice. Affluent patient demographic. Purpose built premises with on site pharmacy. Strong MDT including ANP, Diabetes Specialist Nurse and trainees. Excellent admin support and workflow optimisation. High QOF achievement and Good CQC rating. EMIS Web practice. Friendly, younger and highly collegiate partnership team.

Your Role

Salaried GP.

4 6 sessions available.

15 minute appointments with circa patients per session.

Flexible start times and duty structure.

Minimal home visits.

Opportunity to support trainees informally.

Potential future partnership discussions for the right person.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £11,000 £11,500 per session depending on experience.

6 weeks annual leave.

1 week study leave.

BMA model contract expected.

NHS pension.
