Salary: Up to £12750 per session

You'll provide high quality, patient centred care within a well supported clinical environment, allowing you to focus on what matters most - your patients.
Clinical Responsibilities- Deliver face to face, telephone and, where appropriate, remote consultations
- Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct health assessments and physical examinations
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with national guidance
- Manage long term conditions such as diabetes, asthma and hypertension
- Request and interpret diagnostic investigations
- Refer patients appropriately to secondary care and specialist services
- Promote preventative healthcare and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate, high quality clinical records
- Provide compassionate, holistic care tailored to individual patient needs
Our client is a well established GP practice serving approximately 9,500 patients, with a strong reputation for delivering high quality, patient centred care.
Rated Good by the CQC, the practice consistently achieves excellent QOF performance and is committed to continuous innovation to improve both patient outcomes and staff experience.
Using TPP SystmOne, the practice benefits from highly efficient administrative processes, enabling clinicians to spend more time delivering exceptional care.
You'll be joining a highly experienced multidisciplinary team that includes:
- GP Partners and Salaried GPs
- Large Nursing Team, including Nurse Prescribers
- Visiting Advanced Nurse Practitioners
- Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician
- First Contact Physiotherapist
- Mental Health Practitioner
- Social Prescriber
- Health & Wellbeing Coach
- Dedicated Administrative and Reception Teams
The practice is an active member of the Primary Care Network, working collaboratively with neighbouring practices to provide innovative, integrated healthcare across the local community.
Technology plays an important role in the practice, with AI assisted reception systems and clinical scribing software helping to reduce administrative burden and improve efficiency.
About YouWe're looking for a GP who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Essential- Full GMC registration with an unrestricted licence to practise
- Current UK professional registration
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Strong clinical decision making abilities
- Compassionate, patient centred approach
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
