SailPoint Engineer

SailPoint Engineer London (1-2 days a month on site) Up to 80K

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Engineer with strong experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to join a well established consultancy based in London.

You will be responsible for building and enhancing scalable identity lifecycle processes, improving governance frameworks, and leading the design and implementation of advanced SailPoint and IGA solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their objectives, guide interactive workshops, and convert needs into technical designs.
• Keep up with industry trends and provide high-quality and understandable technical documents.
• Integrate SailPoint with directories, HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), cloud services (Azure), and enterprise applications.
• Enhance IGA processes through continuous improvement, reporting, and governance controls.
• Conduct troubleshooting for complex IAM/IGA issues and performance optimisation.
• Provide mentoring for junior team members and collaborating with stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• 3 - 5 years of hands on experience implementing IGA solutions, with a strong background within SailPoint.
• Commercial experience with identity lifecycle management
• Experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
• Previous experience within a consultancy environment
• Strong communication skills with a consultant mindset

Salary up to 80K, Remote working with only 1-2 days a month max in their London office, 25 days annual leave +Bank Holidays, Life Insurance + private medical insurance, and much more!
