Would you like to help enrich the lives of learners around the world?

At TTS we aim to give every child, every day, a reason to love learning.

We're proud to have supplied schools and learning environments across the globe with innovative educational resources for 40 years offering over 50,000 resources, of which 6,000 are our own developed IP!

Our in house experts collaborate with teachers and educational experts to create unique and innovative resources that engage children and inspire a lifelong love of learning. Every TTS resource provides unlimited learning opportunities and is made to last, making the most of schools' and nurseries' limited budgets and ensuring years of classroom use.

TTS is part of the RM Group - a pioneer in the education technology space, and since 2004, we share a vision to improve education outcomes worldwide.

At RM, we've been pioneers of education technology since 1973. We provide technology and resources to the education sector, supporting over 20 million students and improving educational outcomes worldwide.

What we do helps learners at all stages of their lives, from preschool to higher education and professional qualification; we partner with schools, examination boards, governments, and professional organisations globally to make learning more accessible, more engaging, and more impactful.

RM operates through three divisions: Assessment (digital assessment and marking solutions), Technology (managed services, hardware, and software for schools), and TTS (educational resources).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a conduit for subject matter expertise between the external functional consultants and the strategic needs of the business, challenging both in equal measure, to ensure a successful initial implementation of Sage X3.
  • Support in the reengineering of business processes to align with the native capabilities of Sage X3, keeping customisations to a minimum, and driving a solution led ethos.
  • Ensure successful data migration including resolving data quality issues, designing data transformations routines, modelling complex data sets and providing data reconciliation checks.
  • Drive internal knowledge sharing and mentoring of Sage X3 across the functional areas of the business to ensure effective system adoption.
  • Managing of the post release product roadmap to ensure the business continues to leverage the most out of its investment in Sage X3.
  • Translating business requirements into solution designs and lead the ongoing configuration of Sage X3 modules to meet agreed specifications.
  • Act as an escalation point for the support teams, providing expert level assistance on complex Sage X3 issues.
  • Keeping up to date with Sage X3 functionality, industry developments, and relevant technologies.
Experience Required Experience
  • Demonstrable hands on experience delivering Sage X3 implementations.
  • Proven exposure to manufacturing and/or distribution environments.
  • Comfortable operating in a senior, visible role with both technical and strategic responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
  • Customer focused, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic project environments.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and sharing best practices.
