About the role

Henley Morgan is recruiting a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant in Cardiff for a leading Sage Intacct Premier Partner with a strong UK and Ireland client base. This is a senior, customer-facing Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant role leading full-lifecycle Sage Intacct deployments - from discovery and Blueprint through configuration, dimensions design, integrations, UAT and go-live - for finance teams across professional services, not-for-profit, hospitality and SaaS. Key responsibilities

• Lead Sage Intacct implementation projects across the full project lifecycle - discovery, Blueprint, configuration, data migration, UAT, training and go-live
• Run Sage Intacct discovery workshops with finance, operations and FP&A stakeholders, translating business needs into a Sage Intacct dimensions and chart-of-accounts design
• Configure Sage Intacct core modules - General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash Management, Order Entry, Purchasing, Multi-Entity, Multi-Currency, Projects and Sage Intacct Reporting
• Build Sage Intacct custom reports, financial reports, dashboards and Interactive Custom Report Writer (ICRW) outputs
• Deliver Sage Intacct integrations with Salesforce, Expensify, Concur, Lightyear, ApprovalMax and bespoke web platforms via the Sage Intacct API
• Run Sage Intacct end-user and key-user training and own hyper care across UK and Ireland clients from the Cardiff hub

Skills and experience required

• Demonstrable experience as a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant, Sage Intacct Senior Consultant or Sage Intacct Functional Consultant
• Proven full-lifecycle Sage Intacct implementation track record across at least 3-5 UK customers
• Strong understanding of core finance processes - month end close, multi entity consolidations, inter company, accruals, pre payments, fixed assets and revenue recognition
• Confident building Sage Intacct custom reports, financial reports and ICRW outputs
• Excellent client facing consulting skills - workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, functional documentation and UAT support
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to attend the Cardiff office on a hybrid basis (typically 2 days per week)

Desirable / nice to have

• Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist or Accounting Specialist certification (current)
• Part qualified or qualified ACCA / CIMA / AAT
• Background working for a Sage Intacct Premier Partner or Solution Provider
• Previous experience implementing other cloud finance systems (NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage 200)
