You'll work closely with our experts to monitor your site, witnessing the positive impact on people's well-being daily.
- Flexibility in working hours to cover shifts and escalations as required
- Carry out risk assessments and audits
- Monitor the site to ensure compliance with Amazon's safety procedures
- Create and update reports on safety metrics for review by colleagues
- Collaborate with Operations and other teams on safety-related tasks and provide process guidance
- Assist in implementing new safety measures
You will be based at one of our sites, enabling close oversight and accessible communication throughout shifts. Your role focuses on proactively identifying potential issues by familiarizing yourself with site operations and equipment. You will also implement safety improvements and support the Operations team with ad-hoc safety tasks.
Gathering and sharing safety data is vital to maintaining our standards and preventing issues. You will work with various teams to prioritize safety across the business.

Our operations run 24/7, with dedicated teams working night shifts and on the road with Amazon Flex, utilizing cutting-edge vehicles and technology to reduce our carbon footprint.
Basic qualifications- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 3 in a safety-related field or NEBOSH Certificate
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced English skills (C1 CEFR)
Preferred qualifications are not mandatory but include:
- Effective communication skills across stakeholders, in writing or presentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
