Safety Coordinator Level A (freelance/consultancy)

Freelance / Consultancy Opportunity - Location: Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, Limburg (Belgium)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Safety Coordinator Level A to support energy provider projects across various sites, starting from the design phase through to execution.

You'll plan and carry out site visits, monitor safety compliance, and provide practical guidance based on current regulations. Daily reporting and clear communication with stakeholders are key parts of the role.

You won't be alone - you'll be supported by a team of experienced colleagues.

Who we're looking for:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree (in construction, mechanical, chemical engineering, or prevention)
• You have a valid Level A Safety Coordinator certificate
• You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in energy or industrial environments
• You speak and write Dutch fluently; knowledge of French and English is a strong plus
• You're autonomous, detail-oriented, client-focused, and confident working on-site
• You're flexible with travel in the regions mentioned
