What you'll be doing

As Safety & Security Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the team that ensures the safety, security, and well-being of our guests, team members, and property. Your leadership will create a welcoming and secure environment where extraordinary hospitality can thrive.

You'll combine practical expertise with a proactive approach to anticipate and address potential risks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while protecting what matters most - our people, our guests, and our hotel.

  • Leading and motivating the Safety & Security team to deliver exceptional standards of care and vigilance.
  • Overseeing the implementation of safety policies and procedures across the hotel.
  • Monitoring and addressing potential safety or security risks, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Conducting regular audits and training to ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, even in challenging situations.
  • Acting as a point of contact for emergencies, guiding the team with calm and confident decision-making.

What you'll bring

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide your team.
  • Experience in safety, security, or a similar environment - ideally in hospitality.
  • A calm and decisive approach to problem-solving, even under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail to identify risks and ensure compliance.
  • A genuine passion for providing extraordinary service while maintaining safety and security.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with team members, guests, and external partners.
