We are seeking a highly motivated and bright SAAS Sales Executive to join our growing team at Wealth Dynamix, an award-winning FinTech firm based in London. - We operate globally with offices and clients across three continents, headquartered in the UK.
The SAAS Sales Executive will lead sales efforts for our CLM product, focusing on acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and influencing strategic direction within the wealth management and financial services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, strong business development skills, and the ability to engage with C-level decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Manage the entire sales cycle, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and develop client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, understand client needs, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product & Industry Knowledge: Become an expert in our CLM product and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaboration & Support: Work with marketing, product, and client success teams; lead negotiations; represent the company at industry events.
- Sales Process Improvement: Use CRM tools effectively and continuously seek process enhancements.

- 5-7 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in fintech, wealth management, or financial services.

- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales.
- Expertise in consultative selling and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Industry knowledge in fintech or financial services.
- Experience with Client Lifecycle Management tools.
- Collaborative experience across product, marketing, and client success teams.
- Meeting sales targets and revenue goals.
- Growing the sales pipeline.
- Ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Improving sales processes and team performance.
