SaaS Customer Success Manager - Onboarding & Growth

Recite Me in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Customer Success professional to guide clients from sale to ongoing adoption. You will onboard new clients, conduct account reviews and manage communications to ensure retention and revenue growth. The role is hybrid, with Newcastle upon Tyne HQ and remote days.
