S/4HANA Order-to-Cash Consultant - 18+ months - Krakow

My client, a leading international FMCG organisation, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash expert to support global business transformation initiatives. This role will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to standardise processes, improve operational performance, and support SAP S/4HANA adoption across multiple regions.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide functional expertise across the Order-to-Cash process landscape, driving SAP-enabled business improvements and supporting global transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash processes including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit & Collections, Dispute Management, Rebates, and Condition Contract Management (CCM).
• Support SAP S/4HANA deployments, transformation programmes, and process standardisation initiatives across global regions.
• Gather, validate, and prioritise business requirements while partnering with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support solution design, SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, controls, compliance, reporting, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Significant experience supporting Order-to-Cash processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, and Credit Management.
• Experience delivering SAP projects, ERP transformations, system implementations, or enhancement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of Condition Contract Management (CCM), rebate administration, trade promotion, chargebacks, or customer claims processes.
• Experience with Dispute Management, Credit Management, and Collections processes.
• Certifications in SAP, Agile, Lean, Business Analysis, Process Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.
