• Leading and developing the estate management service line and supporting with other lines of work.
• Acting as a key fee earner from day one.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• MRICS-qualified rural surveyor with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in estate management or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
