Job Description
Overview

As the Senior Product Manager for the Ruminant Biopharma product portfolio, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our market leading biopharma portfolio in the GB Ruminant market. This role focuses on driving adoption of our market leading ruminant vaccine portfolio and engaging with prescribing partners to maximize the use of our vaccines on farms across GB, helping farmers realize productivity potential through excellent animal health and welfare.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop and execute portfolio strategy and roadmap for the ruminant biopharma portfolio to enable achievement of business goals. Manage the biopharma promotional budget with a strong focus on P&L while utilizing the full omnichannel communications mix to engage customers in the benefits of our broad animal health solution.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the overall customer experience by implementing and optimizing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, gather feedback to continuously improve products and services, and champion a customer-centric culture to ensure that customer needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Reporting: Align to business objectives, analyze product performance, market trends and KPIs to identify opportunities and report on progress towards goals up and down the organization.
  • Product Launches: Lead the strategic planning and execution of biopharma product launches, working with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts for a compelling market entry.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Foster close collaboration with technical, sales, regulatory, external Key Opinion Leaders, and above-market teams to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and coordinate with supply chain colleagues to ensure efficient product supply to achieve financial goals.
Qualifications / Set of Skills
  • Minimum 5 years in a marketing/product management role (animal health industry experience preferred).
  • Agriculture, life sciences or business degree.
  • Demonstrated experience and competence in marketing disciplines.
  • Ability to influence in a matrix organization across differing business, cultural and regulatory environments.
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and act as a change agent within the company.
  • Proven track record in adherence to company compliance policies and procedures.
  • Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Additional information

Company car provided. Availability to travel on customer sites - up to 20%.
