Role Overview

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded Law Firm based in Lancashire, which is looking for an RTA Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team.

Role: RTA Personal Injury Solicitor

Location: Lancashire / Hybrid

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of pre litigated and/or litigated RTA personal injury claims.
• Draft key legal documents including letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court pleadings.
• Handle MOJ Portal and OIC Portal claims from start to finish.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers, defendants, and other representatives to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

Key Requirements

• A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in Personal Injury.
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet billing/fee targets.
