The Role:

• Manage a caseload of small claims and fast-track RTA injury files
• Draft pleadings, court documents, and witness statements
• Liaise with counsel, insurers, and claimant solicitors
• Assess special damages and prepare cases for trial

Who We're Looking For:

Experience in small claims, fast track, or RTA litigation

MOJ/OIC Portal experience welcome - training provided

Confident communicator with solid drafting skills

Keen to build a long-term career in litigated personal injury
