ROV Tooling Technician

Aberdeenshire Mon-Fri, 37.5 hrs £40,000-£45,000 DOE + OT

A well-established engineering company is looking for an experienced ROV Tooling Technician to join a close-knit workshop team. This is a hands-on role working on the assembly, commissioning, maintenance and repair of ROV and Remote Intervention tooling in a fast-paced, bespoke manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Mechanical & hydraulic assembly and commissioning of ROV tooling
• Fault-finding, maintenance and repairs
• Working to tight deadlines with high-quality standards
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Workshop admin, technical reports & spares identification
• Occasional offshore and ad-hoc site work

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in ROV / ROV tooling
• Strong mechanical & hydraulic skillset
• Solid knowledge of electro-hydraulic systems & control software
• Able to read drawings & schematics accurately
• Proactive, organised and team-focused
