Job Description

Manpower Group in the UK is recruiting a Production Operative for our Ashford site. This temporary, rolling contract includes rotating shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am, with Monday-to-Friday work and occasional weekend overtime.

You will support daily production activities, operate machinery to procedures, ensure product quality and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Previous manufacturing experience is desirable; reliability, punctuality and teamwork are essential.
