In the role of Room Attendant, you will report to the Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day to day running of the department.
Responsibilities- Clean guest rooms to the hotel standard.
- Replenish linen and guest supplies.
- Provide a great guest experience.
- Report any maintenance faults and deal with lost property.
- Ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper.
- Previous experience working in a housekeeping environment is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to guest service.
