Room Attendant, Hotel Du Vin

Working as part of the Housekeeping team you will ensure all guest bedrooms within the hotel are cleaned on a daily basis to the highest standards. You will have an eye for detail and naturally high standards to meet our guests expectations of a perfect night's stay.

Synonymous with style and hospitality, Hotel du Vin offers exquisite accommodation with a relaxing atmosphere throughout our chain of hotels along with sumptuous food and wine in our trademark Hotel du Vin Bistros.

Working as a Room Attendant you will be interacting with our Guests so conversational English is essential, as is the ability to work on your own for periods of time. You will be a vital cog in the Hotel Du Vin machine ensuring all bedrooms are clean and tidy for our guests arrival and continued stays.

Need flexibility. You will predominantly work set shifts, usually between 9am - 3pm, 5 days out of 7. Shift start times can be flexible between 9am - 10am. If desired earlier start times can be discussed at interview as well as flexible contracts or just weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily cleaning of guest bedrooms to highest standards.
• Interact with guests, speaking conversational English.
• Work independently for periods of time and maintain flexibility.
• Use chemicals and equipment safely with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is not required.
• Positive attitude and desire to make a difference essential.
• Ability to work independently and in shifts.

Training and Apprenticeship

Full training in the use of chemicals and equipment will be provided. Hotel Du Vin encourages internal development and progression; candidates may enroll on an apprenticeship scheme after completing probation.
