Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm (flexibility required during travel)

Location: South Kensington, London (with international travel, including Miami)

Start Date: 14th May 2026

Contract Length: Fixed-term until 14th December 2026

Job Overview

A warm, international family is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to join them on a fixed-term basis from mid May through to mid December 2026. The role will initially focus on supporting their school aged son, alongside preparing for the arrival of a newborn baby due in October. A maternity nurse will be in place for approximately four to six months following the birth, supporting a smooth transition into a two child dynamic.

The role will primarily be based in South Kensington, with international travel throughout the contract, including time spent in Miami and across Europe. While the family will be relocating longer term to Miami, this position is offered as a temporary engagement, with potential sponsorship for the right candidate should there be mutual interest longer term.

The position may be offered on either a live in or live out basis while in London. During travel, a private bedroom and bathroom will always be provided. The schedule is structured around a five day working week, Monday to Friday, although flexibility is essential during travel and holiday periods, including occasional overnight stays or consecutive working days where required, with overtime provided.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and support morning and after school routines for the school aged child.
  • Organise age appropriate activities and maintain a calm, structured daily rhythm.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for the child, support school logistics and extracurricular schedules, and manage child related items.
  • Keep children's areas tidy and well managed within a fully staffed household, focusing on childcare duties.
  • Support the transition to a newborn, including basic infant care in the early months after birth.
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting school aged children and confidence around newborn transitions.
  • Experience within international, fully staffed homes is highly valued.
  • Adaptability, discretion, and ability to manage a dynamic schedule and frequent travel.
  • Confident driver and strong swimmer are advantageous.
Benefits
  • Live in or live out accommodation options.
  • Private bedroom and bathroom provided during travel.
  • Overtime compensation for extended work during travel and holidays.
